Common Questions
Do you handle events end-to-end or only the technology?
EDT can engage at any level — as a technology partner, a creative production house, or a full end-to-end event producer. Most clients engage us for full production: concept, tech build, crew, on-site execution, and post-event reporting. We also work alongside existing event agencies as a specialist tech and creative layer.
What is the minimum lead time for an immersive event?
For a full-scale immersive event with custom content and technology, we recommend a minimum of 8 weeks. Simpler brand activations using existing products (like MimpiLab or Hoomans.ai) can be turned around in 2–3 weeks. Tight timelines are possible — contact us early and we will give you an honest scoping.
Can you work with an existing creative agency or event organiser?
Yes, and we do it regularly. EDT integrates smoothly into existing production structures — we plug in as the tech and content specialists while your agency handles brand strategy and logistics. We have worked alongside many of Malaysia’s top event agencies and creative studios.
